Compared to the HAVANA ARM CHAIR, it’s a little wider and has more depth. As with all my chairs, I made countless prototypes to search for just the right size and position. The slight bulge under the front end of the arms—what I call the Inocchi Line—has been faithfully carried over. When you rest your arms and let your fingertips slide across it, you feel it. If I exaggerate, it’s a bit like holding two walnuts in your hands and gently squeezing them. It can become a small trigger for regaining calm.
At the end of a hectic day, sitting here gives you back a sense of peace. Having such a place to return to feels like a very good thing.
