About Furniture TRUCK furniture is made to order, one piece at a time. Therefore, delivery times vary depending on the product and the time of order. Please check the estimated delivery time listed on each product page.
About Miscellaneous Goods We will ship your order within 5 days of receiving it. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location, weather, traffic conditions, etc. Shipping may also be delayed due to holidays.
Product Delivery All products can be delivered nationwide. (Some remote islands and other areas may not be deliverable.) Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges　

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to specifications after an order has been placed, nor can we accept returns after the product has been delivered.

Regarding the Warranty Period for Furniture　

Please check the product for damage upon delivery. If the damage is due to a shipping accident, please inform us of the details within 5 days. We cannot accept claims after this period. Furthermore, we offer a one-year warranty from the delivery date. During this period, we will repair any damage caused by manufacturing defects free of charge.
For all other cases, repairs will be charged at cost. TRUCK is not responsible for damage caused by the following: Deformation or discoloration due to excessive humidity or dryness from direct sunlight, heating/cooling appliances, humidifiers, etc. Scratches, deformation, or discoloration on surfaces in contact with the furniture (e.g., dents in the floor, marks from movement, color transfer from leather products, discoloration due to chemical reactions, etc.) Damage or malfunction caused by movement or transportation after delivery Damage or malfunction caused by improper handling or negligence Damage or accidents caused by use other than the product's intended purpose, or by modifications, etc. Deterioration, wear, deformation, or discoloration due to aging (e.g., sunburn, rust)
